Update on the Band Alumni Reunion:

As everyone should know by now ESPN is coming to UH to broadcast live this weekend and that has affected the band's schedule.

Here is the new information you need for the alumni reunion:

1. The band will be on-hand at Cullen Performance Hall for the beginning of both episodes of GameDay at 8 and 9 am.

2. Rehearsal is now from 9:45-10:30 in the Athletics Indoor Facility. This time is strict, because the band must be back before Lee Corso (presumably) puts on Shasta's head and picks UH to win.

3. If you want to go onto the field and perform at halftime, you MUST attend rehearsal. The band staff will be passing out field credentials at that time. For security reasons, there can't be any exceptions to this.

4. To be certain, if you plan on going onto the field, please send a quick email to
alumniband2011@gmail.com Mr. Bennefield needs a headcount for halftime ASAP.

5. The cost of the benefit lunch at the President's Pavilion is $10 and it starts at noon. Proceeds benefit the heart transplant fund for former Coach Joe Curl.

GO COOGS!
